In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
After having placed their order, customers may cancel their order only if the order has not been dispatched yet. We do not accept any cancellation on orders after the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
In case of cancellation, if paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Requests received post shipping will be treated under Refund Policy.
We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients. We acknowledge the return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and consumer. This only entails sale online.
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide an exchange on in the case the product is damaged. Requests received later than 48 hrs post delivery will be treated as a non-refundable/non-exchangeable period. Please note, products along all accessories and manual will have to be couriered back to our warehouse wherein all logistics/costs will be borne by the customer themselves. In case of return/exchange Wander With Sky Store will only bear the expenses of the transaction after the repair of the merchandise.
